MISSES’ VICTORIAN COSTUME: Fitted, lined top is partially underlined with interfacing and has boning, princess seams, contrast piping, neck and sleeve bands, purchased trim, long sleeves with slit openings and button trim. Dickey: collar and front bands with button closure, and is worn with top. Flared skirt, floor-length has contrast front tabs with attached bands, back zipper and waistband. Skirt: worn over purchased hoop petticoat. Belt: piping, boning, hook and eye closures.
NOTIONS: Top and Belt: 31/8yds. of 1/4" Covered Boning, 41/2yds. of 1/8" Piping Cord and 1/2" Twill Tape. Also for Top: Fifteen 5/8" Buttons, 7/8yd. of 21/2" Decorative Tassel Braid Trim and Snaps. For Belt: Two Coat Hooks and Eyes. Skirt: 9" Zipper, One Hook and Eye Closure, 1/2" Twill Tape and Six 3" Tassels. Dickey: Four 3/8" Buttons and Snaps.
